STEP ONE:
Select the container grade that works best for your needs:
Wind and Water Tight (WWT) containers are 8-18 years old with 35-70 trips across the ocean so rust and dings are to be expected.
All of our containers are made from 14 or 16 gauge, corrugated, corrosion resistant steel, so rust is no cause for concern.
Give them a quick power wash, a few gallons of fresh paint and you'll have yourself an almost brand new looking container. The extra care will also make them last a lifetime.
All container floors are steel cross-members, covered with 1-1/8in thick marine grade plywood, pre treated to be water resistant and pest proof.
Cargo Worthy (CW) containers are considered mid grade. Cosmetically there isn't much difference between WWT & CW. Both are used so they've been exposed to the ocean and moved around depots.
The only real difference between the two grades is that CW containers have been inspected and graded within the last year and meet all international shipping standards. They're certified in a national database and can be used to haul cargo by railroad or ship. WWT containers are retired.

**Please note: Although we guarantee a CW container, you'll still need to call a local marine surveyor to come out and inspect the container to receive a certification verifying it is CW.
These containers are classified as new and have only 1 trip; the trip to the depot they're at now.
They are considered to be cosmetically and structurally perfect. However, minor flaws such as scratches and/or scuff marks can be common from forklifts and from being transported the one time.
**Bonus features: You get to choose your own color (grey or beige). Then backed with a 5 year leak and a 5 year structural warranty.
